Sam's has been family owned and operated since 1960. We started on the south side of Chicago, and
we know what "true" Chicago pizza is all about. We serve a thin crust authentic Chicago style
pizza. Our traditional recipes are made from scratch. We only use fresh pork shoulder
when we make our famous Italian sausage (our best seller). The dough and pizza sauces are made
fresh daily and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. The cheese is always 100% premium Wisconsin
mozzarella, and we don't skimp on that either.
